At Shotbystxnga, we take pride in delivering high-quality video production services tailored to our clients’ needs. To ensure transparency and a fair working relationship, please review our refund policy below:
1. Deposits & Booking Fees
All projects require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) to confirm and secure the booking. This deposit covers pre-production planning, time reservation, and initial administrative costs.
2. Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 14 days before the shoot: The client may cancel with no further charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 14 days before the shoot: Up to 50% of the total project fee may be retained to cover lost production time and preparation costs.

Less than 48 hours before the shoot: No refund will be issued.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit, or the client may opt to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds After Delivery
Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once the final video has been delivered and approved. However, we do offer the following:

Revisions: Most projects include [X] rounds of revisions, as detailed in the original agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the final result and it does not reflect the agreed scope or quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, partial refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases and at our discretion.
No Refunds for Client-Provided Issues
We are not responsible for delays or project issues caused by:

Lack of communication or missing assets from the client

Last-minute script or direction changes outside of the agreed scope

Poor-quality source material provided by the client
Delivery Delays
If we fail to meet agreed delivery timelines without valid reason or prior notice, the client may request a partial refund or credit toward future services.
