We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or for promotional use unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
All project files, raw footage, and working files remain the property of Shotbystxnga, unless agreed in writing.
We are not liable for:
Losses resulting from delays due to client non-responsiveness or force majeure
Third-party claims or legal issues arising from use of unauthorized content provided by the client
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Services Provided

Shotbystxnga offers professional video services, including but not limited to:

Video production and editing
Scriptwriting and content development
Motion graphics and animation
Corporate, promotional, and event video services

All service details, scope, and pricing are subject to individual agreements or project proposals.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely and complete information necessary for the execution of services
Supply all required materials (e.g., logos, footage, branding assets) in appropriate formats
Obtain all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for materials supplied to us
